What we collect

When you use an enquiry form, the call-back form, or the WhatsApp links on this website, we collect the information you enter directly — typically your name, phone number, email address, travel date, number of travellers and any message you add. We don't collect anything beyond what you type into these forms.

How it's used

Form submissions are sent by email to Rashid at snowlinetours24@gmail.com so he can reply to your enquiry. That email is the only place this information goes — we do not sell, rent or share it with any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

Cookies and analytics

If Google Analytics (GA4) is active on this site, it sets cookies to understand how visitors use the website — which pages are viewed and roughly how, in aggregate. This data is anonymised and used only to improve the site; it is not linked back to enquiry form submissions.

Booking, advance and payment

25% advance to confirm the booking, balance on arrival in Srinagar.

Bank transfer or UPI. A receipt is sent for every payment.

Cancellations

• • 15+ days before travel — full refund of the advance, less bank charges.
• • 7–14 days — 50% of the advance is retained.
• • Under 7 days — the advance is non-refundable.
• • Roads closed by snow, weather or administrative order: we reschedule at no extra cost, or refund whatever has not already been paid to hotels on your behalf.

Liability

Travel in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh can be affected by weather, snowfall, road closures, landslides or administrative and army convoy movement restrictions that are outside our control. We will always try to reroute, reschedule or otherwise adjust your itinerary when this happens, but Snowline Tours & Travels is not liable for delays, missed connections or additional costs arising from such events.

Ladakh travel involves high-altitude locations, including Leh at roughly 3,500m. Altitude sickness is a genuine medical risk unrelated to fitness level. Travellers with heart, lung or other relevant health conditions should consult a doctor before booking a Ladakh itinerary. Snowline is not liable for medical conditions arising from altitude exposure.

Governing jurisdiction

This policy, and any booking made through this website, is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
